"I have holidayed in Maussane on many happy occasions. Whether for going shopping in the bustling nearby towns, visiting the sites, or simply relaxing in the sun, I have found it perfect for many types of holiday. The house has recently been delightfully restored - the fire place in the sitting room, the terrace with the spiral staircase, and the shower rooms have ben especially well done. The square is picturesque and peaceful (except for the one week when the fete is on, when it is like being in the middle of a great party). There are many good restaurants and lovely fresh local food if you want to eat at home. The surrounding countryside is some of the most beautiful I have visited. "
